Our Recruitment Process
Our Recruitment Process has been refined over the years to now provide the highest levels of satisfaction to our clients. It has proven to be effective in supplying our client with candidates of the highest calibre.
Throughout the Recruitment Process, GCS will:
- Conduct the initial interview;
- Facilitate further interviews between the client and candidate;
- Liaise with clients and candidates throughout the selection process;
- Provide feedback to candidates on the outcome of the selection process;
- Prepare contracts and other documentation between GCS, the client and selected contractor(s).
When your GCS Senior Client Services Manager has confirmed your brief, GCS commences the implementation of our Recruitment Process as outlined below.
