Interviews

Should you be selected for a particular role you have applied for, the first step involves meeting for an interview with a GCS Client Services Consultant. At this interview, we will conduct a confidential discussion on your background and skills.

It is important to think about the reasons why you are attending and what you have to offer the organisation in question. Be ready to discuss both short and long term career goals.

You will also need to explain your skills and experience, gaps in employment and be prepared to discuss the reasons you left your previous jobs.

If you proceed to the next stage, a client interview will take place. This is a chance for our client to learn more about you and your skills, as well as an opportunity for you to review the client, the position and the offer.
