GCS & Going Green

At GCS we are committed to achieving a greener office environment, and we are on our way towards more sustainable and eco-friendly business practices.

For a long time now, GCS has been using energy efficient light bulbs, reducing waste by recycling paper and printer cartridges, and ensuring that all unwanted office items are disposed of in an appropriate manner. We are environmentally aware of our impact on the world, and we always ensure the necessary steps are taken to make a difference.

Our Contractor Care team has recently implemented a new ‘green’ initiative for Contract Renewals. Earlier this month, our paper based contract renewals were replaced with e-Renewals. At renewal time, instead of receiving a hard copy contract, our contractors now receive an e-Renewal which is in the form of an email containing the pertinent details of the contract extension. We also process e-Payslips for our contractors; another green initiative we implemented late last year.
