Our client, one of Australia's most recognised financial institutions, is seeking a HiPortfolio Application Support Analyst to work accross their Business Support Services Applications.

We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in Level 1 and 2 Technical Support with strong application knowledge of custodial applications such as HiPortfolio, PACE, WebApps, etc.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in providing 'fail and fix' support for assigned financial applications - SWIFT, HiPortfolio or PACE
• Experience working with business users to clarify requirements and resolve issues with the applications
• Working knowledge of SQL
• The candidate must be a self starter who is a positive and energetic individual and operates well in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude, with significant experience marrying the business with the IT side
• Ability to problem solve and work effectively as a team player

The ideal candidate will have come from a technical support / development background and moved into a more 'business analyst' position. They will also demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with people across all levels.
