Our client is looking for a Lead Planning Analyst to plan, develop and maintain Portfolio Management and Investment plans and ensure that the associated portfolio of initiatives effectively supports the business strategies and Support Plans.
Your major deliverables in this role will include:
Portfolio Planning: Developing and managing Portfolio Management Plan / Investment roadmaps
Strategic Planning: leading and managing the IT aspect of all strategy initiatives and reviews
Defining the Service model by engaging with the business to set agreed service levels
Communicating strategic direction of IT and pipeline activities to external parties - vendors, and IT and related industry forums
To be successful in this role you must posses:
10+ years Experience in complex and challenging IT project environments
Experience in developing and managing portfolio of IT projects and building roadmaps
Experience in managing IT aspect of all strategy initiatives and conducting capabilities analysis
Strong stakeholder & vendor relationship management and negotiation skills (& the ability to influence and communicate across all levels) of the business
Proven ability to influence & sustain high performing teams in order to consistently deliver results
