Our client, one of Australia's most recognisable financial institutions, is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and build training material including instruction guides and updating training materials for some of their key projects.
We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in delivering to tight project time frames and think laterally when developing materials with resources/people available to support this process.
Mandatory skills:
Experience in training needs analysis and Identifying knowledge gaps in existing training material
Work in conjunction with internal and external clients (Subject Matter Experts) to gather and clarify learning objectives and content requirements
Experience in developing training content and Facilitating training
Demonstrable experience in designing learning content for both online and face-to-face mediums
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines. This candidate will also have a creative flair and ability to play a leading role in the development of training projects.
