We are sourcing for multiple Test Management, Test Director and Test Architect roles for one of our major clients in the Banking and Finance industry.
These roles will be located in Melbourne's CBD and will offer successful candidates a unique opportunity to grow their career and learn new technologies.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the testing competency, provision of testing solutions, skills and capabilities into all testing phases of the projects / releases, including the support and coordination of any activities provided by testing. You will also be responsible for developing testing strategies and plans and providing continued support throughout the project’s life cycle.
Skills Required:
Mandatory:
·Provenexperience in testing in large organisations
·Experience of testing concepts, principles and methodologies
·Extensive experience in Mercury/HP Test Management tools
·Experience of change management processes and interfaces
·Experience of TQM and Quality Assurance principles and tools
·Test team management and team leadership skills
Highly Desirable:
·Experience in Banking or Finance industry in similar roles.
·Experience of project management and project team roles in a technology development environment
·Tertiary qualifications in an IT discipline or related field.
·Experience in testing in Agile environment
