Key Challenges in this position:

• Build a sufficiently robust automation test harness
• Uplift current capability of test case development
• Build a complete Test Methodology for moving into regression

To be successfully short listed for this opportunity, you will possess:

• 5+ years Test Management Experience
• Strong People Management skills
• Strong Automation Experience
• Solid experience in a variety of Development Methodologies
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to manage and influence stakeholders

Highly Desirable Experience:

• Test Management experience in Institutional/Investment  Banking, Funds Management or Capital Markets etc
• Experience with Financial Instruments and Risk Methodologies
