We are sourcing for an experience Technical Services Manager to lead and manage a team of Technical Service Analysts accountable for the strategic development and maintenance for a Large SAP Platform Project. This is a brand new role and will be based in Melbourne's CBD.
Responsibilities:
Maximise the value (including cost & quality) of a portfolio of Technical Services and Assets.
Work closely with the Business Engagement team ensuring awareness of Service Lifecycle strategy, plans, priorities and opportunities
Ensure the alignment of service and asset lifecycle plans with annual demand, ensuring plans are in place to assure supply of capacity
Contributes to the development of service investment solutions, ensuring optimal fit with Asset Lifecycle Plans and capabilities and providing approval of design and estimates
Skills Required:
10+ years Technology experience
5+ years in managing both development and support teams
3-5 Years experience working with SAP, preferable SAP FI/CO, HR/PY and Procurement.
Significant experience in managing technologies, associated risks and working in partnership with consultants
Experience in resource allocation, shaping priorities, and managing different skills within a team
Strong Leadership, Stakeholder Management and negotiation skills.
